HALLOWEEN HORROR (Halftone Transfers)

XPRESS DTF TRANSFERS provides customers with long-lasting and strong color-PRESS READY prints to apply to any fabric. DTF's “Direct To Film” printing technique works by printing designs upon a transfer film sheet/paper/rolls that are heat pressed to various garments (and other substrates). The process of DTF printing is to apply heat pressure to a variety of garments (no matter dark or light), like cotton polyester, 50/50 blends, spandex, and more.

THIS CATEGORY USES HALFTONE TRANSFERS:

*Softer Feel: Standard solid DTF prints can feel thick, heavy, and plasticky (the "hand feel"). Halftones allow the fabric to breathe through the design, making the print much softer and more flexible

*Better Gradients: They simulate smooth fades, shadows, and partial transparency without relying on weird semi-transparent pixels that can clog ink or cause peeling

*Less Ink Waste: Breaking solid blocks into dot patterns uses less ink, shortens print times, and prevents the transfer from cracking over time.
